If application is for a minor, under 18, we will need the name of the parent, their cell number and email address.

We do no accept everyone that submits. Once the agents receive your submission, they will then determine if we have a need for you in your category and if you would be a good fit for our agency. Everyone will receive an email regarding their submission. If we feel we can add you to our roster, we will set an appointment for you. This could take 2-3 weeks.
